Request account & data deletion

To request deletion of your TunerSync account and associated portal data, contact Dotson Tuning. Our team will review your request and verify that you own the account before anything is deleted.

This opens a draft in your email app. Review it and tap Send to submit your request. Opening this page or the draft does not delete anything.

What to include

Send from the email address you use for the customer portal, or include that address in your message. Do not send your password.

What happens next

We will respond by email to confirm ownership and review the request. Before deleting anything, we will explain the records covered by your request and any records we are permitted or required to retain, including the reason and applicable retention period.
